Japan was Absolutely Amazing.

My trip to Japan was wonderful. I met many wonderful people and visited many important shrines and temples, museums and galleries, visited Mt. Fuji, Hiroshima, ate sashimi and sushi until the moon came out and logged a lot of steps in my sandals.

The rich culture and history have inspired me to return to the studio and paint and print new work. The language 'barrier' was easily overcome with Google Translate and I did learn the most important phrases which the Japanese were always pleased to hear.

Lovely to be home and getting "back in the saddle" as they say out here in Colorado.
